How video packs work
- Video packs are one-time payments in US dollars. Applicable taxes are calculated and shown at checkout.
- 1 generation = 1 video. Your videos are added to your account right after payment and never expire.
- Every video uses exactly 1 generation, whatever the template, resolution or length. All videos are generated in 768p.
- Failed or blocked generations aren't counted: the generation is returned to your balance automatically. A returned generation is not a refund, because no money is involved.
- You can request a refund for duplicate or unauthorized charges, packs that weren't added to your account, or a fault on our side that stops you from using what you bought. Being unhappy with a particular video, or no longer wanting unused videos, is not by itself a reason for a refund.
- Payments are processed by Waffo (Waffo.com Limited), our merchant of record, and "Waffo" may appear on your card statement. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method. We never store your card details.
Pricing FAQ
Is this a subscription?
No. Every video pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews, and you're only charged again if you choose to buy another pack.
How many videos can I make?
Starter includes 1 video, Plus 3 videos and Pro 6 videos. Every template uses the same 1 generation per video, and failed generations aren't counted.
Do unused videos expire?
No. Videos from a pack never expire, so you can use them whenever you like.
What if a generation fails?
It isn't counted. That generation is returned to your balance automatically (this is not a refund, since no money is involved), and you can see it in your video history.
Can I get a refund?
Yes, in these cases: you were charged twice or the wrong amount, a payment wasn't authorized by you, your videos weren't added after payment, or a fault on our side stopped you from using them. Being unhappy with a particular video, or no longer wanting unused videos, isn't by itself a reason for a refund. Email contact@outstandingai.net from your account address with your order number and the reason, and we'll reply within 2 business days.
